What is the Spumoni LP™ font?

Spumoni is Garret Boge’s revival of Free Roman, designed by Ross George, and shown in the 1952 edition of the Speedball Text Book. It is reminiscent of a number of poster lettering designs of the 1940s, all loosely based on the popular Bodoni faces (see also ITC Oswald by David Farey, and Jim Parkinson’s Jimbo). Spumoni’s bouncy, energetic letters infuse headlines, titles, and even small blocks of large text with a merry touch.
